Dear Parents, Pupils and Friends
We are back from the long summer break and trust that you had a good holiday. We are very much looking forward to all the exciting activity this term holds for us.
A big welcome to Mrs de Kock who is our new Class 3 teacher. Also to Mr Guvakuva, who has joined us with many years of teaching experience in Zimbabwe and will teach Class 2, as well as teaching maths and games to the older classes.
Mrs Wallace & Mr Ockenden have worked hard to develop a Waldorf teacher training curriculum for the teachers at the Dassenberg Waldorf School. The South African Federation of Waldorf Schools has agreed to endorse the diplomas of our successful teacher training graduates. Our graduating teachers will be qualified to teach at Waldorf schools nationwide.
